Loom Dancer Odysseys Cancellation Policy

 

Please note that after receiving your deposit/payment, any changes must be made in writing.

 

Cancellation Fees:

90 or more days prior to departure, your deposit is refundable, less a $450 per person administrative fee.

89 days or less prior to departure, no refund will be given.

 

In some instances, lost and/or unused airline and train tickets, and some third-party charges are not refundable or replaceable. There is no refund for unused accommodation or services and please be aware that any voluntary changes on your part to your itinerary while in your destination will be made at your own expense. 

 

We strongly recommend trip protection insurance.
